Terms Of Sale and Refund Policy
Complete terms of purchase are provided at checkout. By agreeing to the terms and conditions you agree that you understand that the products purchased, whether consumable or topical, contain cannabinoids from hemp oil. Our manufacturing facilities are registered with the FDA and our products are manufactured according to FDA guidelines for cGMP standards for dietary supplements. As these products have not been evaluated by the FDA, we make no claims as to any benefits from our products. If you decide to purchase our products, you do so based upon your own opinions as to any benefits these products may provide.
Damage Due to Freight or Shipping
All of our products are tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. The shipment date will be determined according to whichever date is closer to the date of the Customer’s first purchase date. Shipping dates are estimates only. All shipments are sent Priority Mail or First-Class mail via the US Postal Service. The risk of loss and title for all Products purchased via the Site pass to the Customer upon delivery of the item to the carrier. Upon delivery of your order, please check product carefully to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product must be made with with the USPS or the designated carrier you chose.
In the event that your shipment/product arrives damaged please contact us and provide detailed information and photo’s within a 48 hour period so that we may evaluate and assess claims.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. *Note, there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Expedited Shipping is our ground shipping method. Allow 3-5 business days for delivery.
Priority Shipping is our fastest shipping method. Allow 1-3 business days for delivery.
